Minutes previous AGM
Kieran Hanna raised an objection to the wording as recorded by the previous Secretary (Aidan Griffen) regarding a proposal to ‘oust Declan Brennan’ saying it was not accurate.
Secretary agreed to record Kieran’s objection afterwards the previous AGM minutes were proposed as accurate and accepted. Proposer: Ruairi White seconded Stephen Sherry
Secretary read report of past season and the same was proposed and seconded as valid and accepted.
Proposer Stephen Sherry and seconded Declan McMahon
Treasurer read report and answered questions. Main focus was money received was all paid out.
Proposed as valid Ben McClorey and seconded Liam Bradley
Chairman thanked those in attendance and looked forward to an even better league.

Notice of motions

That a sub committee be set up to handle discipline and bad behaviour issues.
Passed and motion adopted with the caveat that Committee will set up sub committee to deal with discipline issues.

Whoever finishes 1st at end of season wins the league and shouldn't have to play off. Then do a play off to see who gets runners up.
This was amended and accepted by Michael as seconder to Conor Dullaghan
Play off top 4 will be - if you top league you go straight to final then 4th placed team plays 3rd placed team and winner plays 2nd placed team to see who plays 1st placed team in final

Review of triple AAA.
propose a review of the Trip A system. I feel some players were overlooked in certain teams that shud been TripA players but more importantly I feel some players who are named as TripA players should not be.

Proposer Gerard Magee seconder John Magee Well cathal how’s things just wondering mate last season was 10 games and could only sign 10 is it possible that could be changed to 12 players it would give us something to play with as it stands I’ve 12 that are willing to show up every week for us.

Motion adapted to say the secretary should try to show fixtures for 2 to 3 weeks ahead of possible and under the understanding fixtures can change.

To increase money for winning Competitions rather than charging every player an entrance for joining league, each team pays to enter Cup Competitions.
Motion amended and proposed by John Magee to increase Team entrance fee to £125 and £5 charge to players. Seconded by Kevin Magee
