Constable Roberts said: “ We received a report that at around 4.30pm on the Saturday afternoon, the driver of a blue coloured van shouted racial abuse to a man standing near the junction of Green Road and Camlough Road in Bessbrook. This is the latest in a number of similar incidents and our enquiries are ongoing. I would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or who has any information to contact police in Newtownahmilton on 101 quoting reference number 1081 17/06/17 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
