Thanks also to Brian Cunningham for coming along and taking photographs on the night. Finally on behalf of the club thanks to the many coaches we are lucky to have within our club who give of their time to coach our young players.

Last Wednesday night seen the clubs annual AGM, another great turnout meant we are able to benefit from a larger committee that is growing year by year, we have also made history with our first lady being elected to the executive, the entire club wish Ciara Hardy and all new committee members all the best for the year ahead. We also thank all those for tier continued support and help from the previous year.

The club were well represented in last Wednesday nights McGreevy Cup Final in Clonduff with Dara Rodgers and Sean O'Neill lining out for St Colman's College, whom were coached by club coach Aidan Rodgers and Tiernán Connolly lining out for St Patrick's Downpatrick. All three boys had great games, with the boys from Downpatrick coming out on top in a very competitive game. Well done lads. UTT

The club had a great day on Sunday past when they held thier annual Senior citizens Christmas event. This years event was an afternoon tea in the club rooms, it was great to see so many faces from the whole community gathered for an afternoon of chat, dance and treats. Thanks to all the staff from the local nursing homes who attended, also our own ladies and volunteers who helped out on the day, the local clergy, st Vincent de Paul and especially Moira Hawkins who co-ordinated the event, a great day was had by all.

This weeks lotto numbers were 1,7,22,28. There was no jackpot winner and no winners matching 3 numbers, next weeks jackpot is £3,400.

Finally on December 17th a newly appointed Right Honourable Justice will preside over a number of cases relating to heinous crimes against the club. Unlike other courtrooms the jury won’t be selected at random. The guilty accused will be tried in front of a jury of their peers consisting of everyone who comes along on the night.

Please feel free to discuss the cases with everyone but remember you are under oath. There will be hot shot prosecutors and famous defence lawyers as well as evidence and testimony from key and expert witnesses. Will you send them down?

A night not to missed. Jurors wearing Christmas themed clothing can win spot prizes. Free Admission. Your objection not to go is overruled.
