Arrests for Possession of Class A Controlled Drugs
A 32-year-old male has been charged with Possession of a Class A controlled drug, namely heroin, and is due to appear at Newry MC on Friday 19 January.
Two men, aged 34 & 46, have been charged with Possession of a Class A controlled drug, namely heroin, and are expected to appear at Newry MC on 14 February. A 50-year-old woman has been charged with Permitting Premises to be used for the supply of Class A drugs and is expected to appear in court on 14 February.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
A 56-year-old man has been released unconditionally.
The charges follow a property search in Newry on 17 January and the subsequent arrests of five people.
